Job Title: Supporting Admin and Accounts Professional
We are seeking a highly skilled Admin and Accounts Assistant to support our business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls.
- Draft office correspondences as directed by manager, prepare reports, and presentations distribute incoming/outgoing mail correspondences routes to appropriate departments.
- Monitor and renew visas, gate passes, and related documents and assist in day-to-day office administration tasks.
- Prepare quotations, submit to the client, and follow up for the status of quotations.
- Coordinate with Fleet department for the arrangement and delivery of equipment's to the client.
- Prepare daily reports for the status of RFQ's and quotations submitted to Clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Deep experience in office administration and proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent Customer service and Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
