Junior Accountant cum Admin Assistant Required In Shuwaikh. We are looking to hire a Junior Accountant cum Admin Assistant for our recently established small-scale stand production unit situated in the Shuwaikh industrial area.

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day accounting tasks, including bookkeeping, invoicing, and account reconciliation.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
Handle administrative duties such as responding to emails, answering calls, and managing office supplies.
Collaborate with the team to maintain accurate inventory records.
Support HR-related activities, including maintaining employee records and assisting with payroll.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
Proven experience, whether through internships or entry-level roles, in accounting or administrative tasks is advantageous.
Proficiency in accounting software and the MS Office Suite.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
