We're seeking two energetic and dependable Hotel Assistants to join our team at ibis Styles Crewe.

This is a casual, zero-hours position that offers a competitive hourly rate of £11.44 and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are ever the same.

About the Role

As a Hotel Assistant, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is nothing short of memorable.

  • Checking guests in and out, handling room assignments, and managing guest queries
  • Running the breakfast service, setting up meeting rooms, and working the bar and restaurant
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to guest feedback, and resolving any issues that may arise

You'll be working across various departments, including front-of-house operations, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration throughout the hotel.

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a keen eye for detail.

A background in hospitality or customer-facing experience is desirable but not essential.

We're looking for someone who is flexible, willing to learn, and able to adapt to changing situations.
