This position requires a highly skilled Emergency Services Dispatcher Lead who can lead the team and manage requests for Fire and Emergency Services responses. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, be able to communicate effectively, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Emergency Services Dispatcher team

  • Manage requests for Fire and Emergency Services responses

  • Dispatch emergency personnel to critical response situations

  • Provide pre-arrival medical instructions to callers

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Emergency Services Dispatch Supervisor

Qualifications:

  • Active Secret Clearance required

  • American Heart Association CPR certification

  • Telecommunicator I/II certification

  • Emergency Medical Dispatch (EMD) Certification

  • One (1) year experience as a Police, Fire, EMS Dispatcher
