Job Summary:

  • This position plays a crucial role in supporting the LOGCAP program in Kuwait.
Key Responsibilities
  • Incident Recording and Reporting: Record incidents and offenses in the Computer Aided Dispatch System (CAD) and submit reports on security breaches and violations of administrative regulations.
  • Emergency Response: Answer emergency and non-emergency phone calls, prioritize, and document in CAD.
  • Crisis Communication: Provide emergency notifications and monitor communication channels with Law enforcement.
  • Tech Savvy: Maintain knowledge of radio transmission, broadcasting, and telecommunication systems.
  • Evidence Management: Safeguard evidence and operate the Army Law Enforcement Reporting and Tracking System (ALERTS) and Emergency Reporting System (ERS).
  • Surveillance Monitoring: Monitor fire alarm system equipment and IDS, CCTVs, intrusion detection, and vehicle tracking.
  • Lost Property Processing: Process lost and found property and complete police reports on investigations.
  • Dispatch Support: Cross-trained as Emergency Services Dispatchers and perform other duties as required.
Qualifications
  • Minimum Qualifications：
    • A high school diploma is required; an AA or BA/BS degree is preferred.
    • The candidate must be a US citizen, at least 21 years old, and have a valid US passport.
    • The candidate must have a current and valid US driver's license, meet USG security requirements, and possess Active Secret Security Clearance.
    • A typing speed of 35 wpm or more is preferred, along with one year of dispatch experience and certifications such as Hazmat Awareness, Telecommunicator I/II, EMD.
  • Experience: The candidate must have computer experience and Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Skills: Excellent computer skills, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Equipment and Environment: Conducted with mild exposure to extreme climatic conditions, potential exposure to physical, chemical, or biological agents, and use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Physical Activities: Lifting, climbing, extended sitting or standing, visual acuity, hearing, and speaking requirements.
