Financial Systems Support Specialist

This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of financial systems, with a strong focus on Infor SUN Systems Financials, iPOS, and Expense At Work.
Salary and Job DescriptionThis position is responsible for providing comprehensive support for finance systems across the organization. Key responsibilities include participating in finance system builds and implementations, working closely with project managers to implement business deliverables, resolving complex user issues, and ensuring all user manuals and instructional documents are accurate and up-to-date.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Experience with SUN Systems Financials
- Previous experience working in an accounting or finance department
- Strong understanding of financial systems administration
- Ability to travel as required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
This role offers the opportunity to work independently and within a team environment, comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple priorities. Additionally, this position requires excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to learn new and existing systems that support financial operations.
