Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role at Big Bear Doughnuts. The successful candidate will be responsible for daily bakery operations, producing high-quality baked goods, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Preparing ingredients and mixing dough.
  • Loading and operating commercial ovens.
  • Cleaning and sanitizing equipment and work areas.
  • Rotating stock and maintaining inventory levels.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to meet production targets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in baking and pastry arts or relevant certification.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a bakery or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of baking principles and techniques.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
