Enterprise Support Engineer

About the Role:

  • The Enterprise Support Engineer is responsible for ensuring the 24/7 availability and optimal performance of enterprise applications.
  • This includes performing daily health checks, resolving issues, and providing second-line support to internal stakeholders.
  • Additionally, the successful candidate will document updates, manuals, and reports to adhere to quality standards.
  • They will install, migrate, and develop scripts to automate operations, as well as integrate platforms and ensure proper communication among them.
  • The Enterprise Support Engineer must leverage their knowledge of enterprise applications and their dependencies to troubleshoot technical issues and track them to resolution.
  • Collaboration with vendors is essential for application support, upgrades, and new features.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  1. Ensuring high-quality solutions through effective collaboration with internal teams.
  2. Providing exceptional verbal and written communication skills across all organizational levels.
  3. Developing expertise in agile methodologies and proficiency in programming languages.
  4. Building a strong understanding of cloud computing and services, as well as advanced skills in Microsoft Office tools.
  5. Proficiency in network infrastructure and mobile applications.
