At Seddiqi Holding LLC, we are seeking a dynamic leader to join our Aesop team as Boutique Manager. As a luxury retail leader, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in beauty retail leadership and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, including administration, inventory management, visual merchandising, and replenishment.

As a key member of the Aesop team, you will provide monthly and annual reports to management, highlighting sales, traffic, KPIs, follow-up, missed sales, stock issues, customer service, and discount data. Additionally, you will run analytical reports to optimize boutique performance.

We are looking for a coach who can provide a clear vision to the team about the business and store's vision and key directions. You will act as a talent developer, promoting a growth mindset by leveraging the Group's available learning tools. Your role will also involve monitoring team development plans and professional growth, identifying, recruiting, developing, and retaining top talents.

In this role, you will ensure staff is trained on products and demonstrates them to customers at all times. You will resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner and work with the area manager to improve product performance.

To succeed in this position, you should have experience in a leadership role within Beauty or Fashion, with a proven track record of leading a sizeable team. Fluency in English is mandatory.
