Job Description:

The Senior Architect will lead architectural projects from conceptual design through to construction administration, collaborating closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Leadership: Oversee the design process, ensuring alignment with client expectations and project goals.
  • Concept Development: Develop and present architectural concepts and designs to clients, incorporating feedback and making necessary adjustments.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project feasibility and compliance with regulations.
  • Site Management: Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise during construction.
  • Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior architects and design staff, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Documentation: Prepare detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and documentation for project submissions.
  • Project Management: Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within financial constraints.
  • Industry Stays: Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate best practices into design solutions.
  • Client Communication: Participate in client meetings and presentations, effectively communicating design ideas and project updates.
  • Sustainability: Ensure adherence to sustainability practices and standards in all architectural designs.
