About the Role

This Specialist will represent our brand in local communities, building relationships that bring our mission of making healthy eating easier to life.

Key responsibilities include managing affiliates and brand ambassadors, organizing on-the-ground activations, and securing strategic partnerships to strengthen our presence and engagement in Kuwait.

Main Responsibilities
  • Affiliate Program Management: Identify individuals and organizations aligned with our brand values, research and onboard new affiliates, track performance, and provide regular feedback.
  • Micro-Influencer & Brand Ambassador Initiatives: Source local community influencers and health enthusiasts who embody our healthy living ethos, design content briefs, set goals, and guide influencers to ensure brand alignment.
  • On-Ground Activations & Events: Plan and execute pop-ups, tastings, community gatherings, and other experiential events that bring us closer to customers, partner with local groups, and oversee event details.
  • Strategic Brand Partnerships: Identify potential allies in the health-focused space, negotiate win-win deals, and maintain ongoing relationship management.
  • Community Engagement & Relationship Building: Foster a strong network of supporters, act as brand representative, attend relevant meetups, and showcase our offerings and mission.
Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, 2-4 years of experience in community management, partnerships, or influencer marketing, exceptional communication and writing skills in both English and Arabic, and a passion for healthy living.

  • Comfortable reaching out, pitching ideas, and finding mutual benefits with diverse partners.
  • Able to plan small to mid-scale events—managing logistics, budgets, and creative details.
  • Familiar with tracking affiliate performance, influencer ROI, and community engagement metrics.
  • Sociable, proactive, and empathetic in dealing with brand ambassadors, community groups, and partners.
  • Deeply understands consumer behaviors and health trends in Kuwait.
  • Can juggle multiple campaigns or relationships simultaneously without dropping the ball.
  • Collaborative team player who can also work independently, take initiative, set priorities, and stay organized while meeting deadlines with attention to detail.
