The Job in a Nutshell

We're seeking a results-oriented Digital Marketing Strategist to lead and execute our marketing strategies across Kuwait and the GCC markets. The ideal candidate will play a key role in planning, implementing, and optimizing campaigns to enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and support Foodics' brand position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to meet objectives
  • Monitor the progress of campaigns, coordinate, and submit reports with management
  • Conduct market research and analyze brand awareness and competitors
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Identify and secure new customer acquisition opportunities
  • Initiate and conduct surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication
  • Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses
  • Manage customer databases and utilize CRM systems for customer engagement

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in a similar marketing role
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum
