The Contracts Specialist plays a vital role in managing the lifecycle of contracts with clients and partners, ensuring compliance, risk management, and effective contract administration.

  • Responsibilities include summarizing RFPs, coordinating proposal requirements, and collaborating with technical writing teams to deliver high-quality proposals.
  • Key responsibilities also involve managing subcontract records, providing monthly reports, and contributing to proposal planning and coordination.
  • The ideal candidate will oversee cost control, project management, and document control activities, ensuring that relevant processes, tools, and reports are adequate for effective project controls.
  • Apart from financial and contractual matters, the specialist will provide support during the project phase, maintain cost and quantity records, and ensure completeness and validity of contractual requirements.
  • The position requires strong contract visibility and awareness, interpretation, and implementation skills, along with expertise in implementing policies and procedures for contract management.
  • Effective maintenance of contractual records is crucial for internal auditing purposes.
Qualifications:

We seek candidates with a degree in Business Administration or a related field, along with a minimum 5 years' experience in contract drafting, review, and negotiation.

  • Familiarity with US DOD contracts and regulations is essential, as well as strong knowledge of contract regulations and commercial terms.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with ERP/MS Dynamic being a plus, is required. Excellent communication, detail orientation, and negotiation skills are also necessary.
