Technical Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our service center. The ideal candidate will be an engineering graduate with at least 10 years of hands-on experience in servicing and maintaining home medical equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance operations of the service center.
- Lead and mentor a team of service engineers and technicians to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex equipment issues across a wide range of medical devices.
- Ensure service processes meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation for service calls, inventory, and maintenance schedules.
- Liaise with the sales and customer service teams to provide seamless after-sales support.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Biomedical Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in servicing home medical equipment.
- In-depth technical knowledge of mobility aids and rehabilitation devices.
- Proven track record in managing technical teams and service center operations.
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Experience with service management systems and Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in English is required.
