We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to oversee our premium brands operations in Kuwait. This full-time position requires a candidate with at least 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry with hands on experience in fine dining operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient multi-restaurants operations, leading a dedicated team, and maintaining a positive dining atmosphere while meeting financial goals and upholding food safety and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage daily operations of multi restaurants to ensure efficiency and high standards of service.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to create a cohesive and skilled team.
  • Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and implementing cost-control measures.
  • Maintain a safe and compliant work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Resolve conflicts or guest complaints promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee inventory management, including ordering, stocking, and minimizing waste.
  • Implement marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and attract new customers.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the restaurant to maintain cleanliness, quality, and safety standards.
  • manage positive relations with facility managers and vendors.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in fine dining hospitality industry.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Exceptional budgeting and financial management abilities.
  • Effective conflict resolution and crisis management skills.
  • Knowledge of safety compliance regulations within the restaurant industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
