In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and procuring high-quality materials and services for our construction projects.

Responsibilities:

  • SOURCE AND PROCURING MATERIALS AND SERVICES.
  • Determining material needs based on project scope and technical specifications.
  • Negotiating prices, delivery schedules, and contract terms.
  • Maintaining and managing supplier relationships and monitoring vendor performance.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.
  • Tracking and managing procurement budgets and reporting on expenses.
  • Collaborating with project management, engineering, and logistics teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 6–8 years of proven experience in construction materials sourcing.
  • Strong understanding of construction materials, tools, equipment, and industry standards.
  • Preferred: Experience working on construction projects and familiarity with relevant procurement procedures.
