About the Job

This is a senior management position responsible for the operational management of a hotel. The successful candidate will be expected to lead and motivate a team, manage budgets, and ensure that guests have an excellent experience.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Lead and motivate a team of department heads to achieve high levels of performance and exceed targets.
  2. Develop and implement effective operational strategies to drive revenue and guest satisfaction.
  3. Manage and control costs throughout the operational departments.
  4. Provide leadership and guidance to the hotel management team.
  5. Analyse results and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications and Skills
  • A degree or diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent.
  • Strong commercial acumen, preferably with experience in Food and Beverage or Rooms Management.
  • Experience in managing budgets, revenue proposals, and forecasting results.
  • Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate the team to achieve high levels of performance and exceed targets.
