Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to help us develop and execute effective digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital marketing and be able to leverage their expertise to drive business growth and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across various online channels, including search engines, social media platforms, email, and display advertising.
  • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and other team members to produce high-quality digital assets and marketing materials.
  • Optimize website content and landing pages for search engine marketing (SEO/SEM) to enhance visibility and ranking.
  • Manage and monitor paid advertising campaigns (PPC) on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital ad networks to maximize ROI.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) like traffic, conversions, click-through rates, and other metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the digital landscape.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools and CRM systems to execute and optimize email marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor website and social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) to generate insights and optimize ongoing campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our strategies are current and effective.
  • Manage and report on monthly budgets for digital marketing activities and campaigns.
  • Work closely with the development team to enhance user experience (UX) and improve website performance.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role, with a strong track record of successful campaigns.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic (bilingual proficiency is required).
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing concepts, tools, and best practices, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, and email marketing.
  • Proficiency with marketing platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and email marketing tools such as Mailchimp or Hub Spot.
  • Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) and the ability to interpret data to make strategic decisions.
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website content management systems (e.g., Word Press) is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for metrics and data analysis.
