The primary objective of this role is to spearhead the management of loyalty card initiatives across various brands and regions. This entails overseeing the allocation and support infrastructure for new and existing cards, with a focus on driving best practices.

This position is responsible for:

  • Establishing and managing group-wide card activity for loyalty-based schemes, encompassing both physical and digital interfaces.
  • Procuring loyalty cards across the organization, collaborating with suppliers to secure cost-effective solutions while exploring innovative engagement methods.
  • Working closely with the brand relationship team to ensure balanced loyalty card activity and representation across the portfolio.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in managing loyalty card programs within an FMCG retail environment, preferably with international programs for well-known brands.
  • Expertise in Customer Relationship Management, data analysis, and loyalty card procurement.
  • An understanding of digital platforms and their application in loyalty schemes and customer identity.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and apply insights to campaigns.
