Channel Sales Director

**Job Overview**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Channel Sales Director to join our team at Imou. As a Channel Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies across various channels, including CCTV, IT, and electronic retailers.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plans to ensure strategic and financial targets are met.
- Create and implement commercial strategies, including product pricing, distribution policies, and channel partnerships.
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and other industry stakeholders.
- Monitor sales data, identify trends, and develop relevant countermeasures.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop brand awareness and support marketing activities.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum a Bachelor's degree.
- Familiarity with procurement modes of distributors and retail chains, with rich channel client resources and successful cases in developing CCTV, IT, and mega retail.
- At least 2+ years of experience in sales within CCTV, IT, and electronic channels, with experience in the Smart Home segment being a significant advantage.
- Excellent market insight, planning ability, sales data analysis ability, and business negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
- Ability to travel frequently.
