Requirements

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Commitment to student wellbeing, school values, and professional growth

About the Role

This position involves implementing and revising Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with parents and specialists. The successful candidate will plan and deliver lessons tailored to individual learning goals and academic needs. Regular progress tracking and documentation are essential. Effective communication with parents is crucial for student development. The educator will adapt and differentiate the school curriculum in collaboration with the Curriculum Coordinator. They will contribute to school meetings, events, and professional development activities, promoting inclusive practices and a positive learning environment. A well-managed, resource-rich classroom that supports student success is also required.
