Human Resources Director

Company Overview:

Alliance Recruitment Agency is a leading medical service company in Kuwait seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to join our team.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compensation and benefits. This role requires strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending offers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
• Develop and implement performance appraisal systems and processes.
• Identify and address performance issues and develop performance improvement plans.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in human resources management, preferably in the beauty or service industry.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent Arabic and English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Proficient with HRIS systems.
• Relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.
