Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at Alliance Recruitment Agency.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the success of our organization by managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compensation and benefits.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partner: Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Talent Acquisition Specialist: Lead the recruitment and onboarding process to attract and retain high-quality staff.
  • Employee Advocate: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, addressing employee concerns and promoting employee engagement.
  • Compliance Officer: Ensure adherence to all relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Performance and Development Leader: Implement and manage performance appraisal systems and training programs.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in human resources management, preferably in the beauty or service industry.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent Arabic and English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficient with HRIS systems.
  • Relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.
