Job Description:

The Senior Marketing Executive will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing marketing strategies across various channels. This position oversees social media management, content creation, marketing planning, digital calendar management, and the coordination of events within the center.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Conduct market analysis and identify growth opportunities.

Social Media Management:

  • Design monthly social media posting planners.
  • Coordinate with social media agencies.
  • Monitor trends and implement innovative approaches.
  • Manage community engagement on company pages.

Content Creation:

  • Coordinate with photographers for social media materials.
  • Arrange photography sessions.
  • Manage graphical and video content creation with agencies.

Digital Scope:

  • Coordinate digital marketing calendars and campaign reports.
  • Design sponsored ads.
  • Ensure sponsored ads are posted.
  • Develop text for social media campaigns.
  • Manage influencer marketing and campaigns.

Budget Oversight:

  • Monitor marketing expenses.
  • Collaborate with finance teams to revise budgets.

Events Management:

  • Plan and execute beauty center events.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.

Coordination:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Foster relationships with influencers and partners.
  • Maintain in-salon screens and content.
  • Follow up with suppliers on visuals and content.
  • Display offer visuals on salon screens.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Studies, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience in marketing.
  • Strong understanding of current marketing trends, digital platforms, and customer behavior.
  • Result-oriented and able to achieve targets and goals.
  • Strong analytical skills and able to evaluate data and provide insights to improve performance.
  • Able to work independently within tight deadlines and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Personal Attributes - able to work with all levels of people, creativity, possess initiatives, an eye for details.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
