Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Gardener to join our team in Kuwait. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating stunning outdoor spaces that exceed our clients' expectations.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive landscaping plans tailored to individual client needs
  2. Source and select high-quality plants, flowers, shrubs, and trees for each project
  3. Prepare soil for optimal planting conditions and ensure effective drainage systems
  4. Promote plant growth and health through pruning, trimming, and watering
  5. Apply necessary fertilizers, pesticides, and treatments to prevent disease and pests
  6. Maintain impeccable outdoor spaces by removing debris, weeds, and dead plants
  7. Regularly inspect plants for signs of disease or damage and address promptly
  8. Ensure all equipment is well-maintained and in good working order

Essential Qualifications:

  • Diploma or equivalent in a relevant field
  • Proven experience as a Gardener or Landscaping Specialist
  • Extensive knowledge of plant care, soil types, and gardening techniques
  • Proficiency in using gardening tools and equipment
  • Physical fitness and ability to work in various weather conditions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Valid work permit/visa (if applicable)
