Horticulture Professional

Your Main Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement creative landscaping solutions tailored to individual client preferences
2. Select and source high-quality plants, flowers, shrubs, and trees for each project
3. Prepare the soil for optimal planting conditions and ensure effective drainage systems
4. Enhance plant growth and health through expert pruning, trimming, and watering practices
5. Apply necessary fertilizers, pesticides, and treatments to prevent disease and pests
6. Maintain pristine outdoor spaces by removing weeds, debris, and dead plants
7. Regularly inspect plants for signs of disease or damage and address promptly
8. Ensure all equipment is well-maintained and in good working order

Key Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent in a related field
• Proven experience as a Gardener or Landscaping Specialist
• Extensive knowledge of plant care, soil types, and gardening techniques
• Ability to operate gardening tools and equipment
• Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills
• Valid work permit/visa (if applicable)
