Kuwait-based Microbiology Professional Wanted
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced microbiologist to join our team in Kuwait. As a key member of our quality control department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance in our laboratory operations.

Job Responsibilities:
Ensure GLP and GMP compliance in all laboratory work
Responsible for cleanliness and organization of the work area
Execute qualification and validation of laboratory equipment and instruments
Sampling of water samples according to SOP
Analyze starting materials, packaging materials, intermediates, bulk, and finished products using aseptic techniques
Prepare specifications, sampling instructions, test methods, and Quality Control Microbiology procedures
Implement environmental monitoring programs in the lab and manufacturing areas
Culture conservation and growth promotion
Ensure laboratory instruments and equipment are calibrated and validated at all times
Method validation, verification, and testing of method transfer samples
Investigation reports for OOS, OOT, and incident management
Continuous improvement in laboratory testing compliance
Stability sample testing within the window period
Preparation of Microbiology-related trends reports
Good documentation practices during reporting and documentation
Inventory management for smooth laboratory operation
100% compliance with EHS policies and guidelines
Quality control Microbiology operational excellence
Timely completion of SOP, GLP, and CGMP training
Support value streams in identifying and implementing corrective actions and increasing knowledge of good hygiene and microbial control practices
Writing SOPs or guidelines for analytical equipment use and laboratory working practices
Detailed eye for identifying procedural or GMP errors
Writing procedures and/or reports for Laboratory working practices
Collaboration with plant personnel for microbiologically acceptable processes and facilities
Requirements:
Highly skilled and experienced microbiologist
Strong understanding of GLP and GMP principles
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
