Key Responsibilities:
  1. Visual Merchandising Strategy: Create a comprehensive visual merchandising strategy that aligns with the brand's image and business goals. Plan and execute visual merchandising initiatives across all store locations.
  2. Store Displays: Lead the creation of captivating merchandise displays and store layouts that attract and engage customers. Ensure displays effectively communicate product features, benefits, and promotions.
  3. Planogram Development: Collaborate with the merchandising team to create planograms that optimize product placement, traffic flow, and visual appeal. Oversee the accurate execution of planograms in stores.
  4. Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with inventory and purchasing teams to ensure product availability for visual displays. Coordinate stock replenishment and allocation for visual merchandising needs.
  5. Visual Communication: Manage the design and installation of signage, banners, and visual communication materials. Ensure consistency with brand messaging and guidelines.
  6. Windows Displays: Lead the design and rotation of captivating window displays that capture the essence of the brand. Coordinate display changes to align with seasons, holidays, and promotional periods.
  7. Team Leadership: Train and supervise visual merchandising team members. Provide guidance, mentorship, and constructive feedback to ensure high performance.
  8. Customer Experience: Collaborate with store managers and sales teams to understand customer preferences and product priorities. Continuously improve the in-store experience to enhance customer satisfaction.
  9. Market Trends and Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and innovative visual merchandising concepts. Incorporate new ideas to stay ahead of the curve.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in visual merchandising, fashion, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in visual merchandising, including supervisory or managerial roles.
  • Exceptional creativity and a strong sense of aesthetics.
  • Background in watches & jewelry is a plus.
  • Proficiency in visual design software and tools.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of retail operations and customer behavior.
