Job Description

The Wellsite Leadership Expert will provide clear leadership in all aspects of health, safety, and environmental protection. This includes ensuring safe working practices and conducting well operations safely in accordance with approved well operations programs.

Key Accountabilities

  • Lead pre-job safety and operations meetings.
  • Develop and implement daily planning meetings and discuss operations with tool pusher, segment, and third-party supervisors.
  • Prepare detailed procedures for specific critical operations such as running casing and cementing.
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 10 years of Oilfield Drilling seniority in appropriate positions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and have high energy levels.
