In this role, you will work closely with project management to prepare schedules for estimate preparation, review, and publication. You will also assist in training and developing staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to carry out departmental and project needs. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in Cost & Estimation in civil construction or Road or similar projects and possess excellent communication and leadership skills.
