We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Luxury Retail Associate to join our team at Alaia, The Avenues Mall.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a world-class luxury fashion brand and contribute to the success of Al Tayer Group's retail division.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, identifying customer needs and building relationships with key customers.
  • Maintain store standards, ensuring high-quality service and contributing to achieving sales targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with fashion trends and product knowledge to make informed recommendations to customers.
  • Ensure seamless transactions, receiving cash or payment from customers and issuing receipts.
  • Manage customer complaints, escalating to management if necessary, and maintain a positive shopping environment.
  • Maintain clean and organized store displays, fitting rooms, and stock areas, adhering to company standards.
  • Monitor stock levels, informing the store manager of depleting stocks to ensure timely replenishment.
  • Comply with company policies and procedures, promoting a safe and healthy shopping environment.
  • Build and manage the customer database, accurately entering customer details on the POS system.
  • Contribute to minimizing stock loss, being vigilant on sales floor and fitting room areas.
