The Role
We are seeking a Business Development Director to lead revenue growth, win high-value clients, and expand our market presence. This is a senior, high-impact role for a strategic closer with deep industry knowledge, strong relationships, and a proven ability to sell creative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue Growth: Identify, pursue, and close high-value client opportunities to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Develop Sales Strategies: Create and execute effective sales strategies to expand our portfolio.
- Build Client Relationships: Proactively engage with potential clients, present tailored solutions, and build a robust sales pipeline.
- Lead Negotiations & Proposals: Develop compelling proposals, lead contract negotiations, and finalize agreements.
- Market Expansion: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Client Retention: Act as a primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within the marketing, branding, or advertising industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing high-value deals.
- Strong ability to independently initiate, negotiate, and finalize contracts.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.
