Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Engineer to join our team at Worley. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and delivering large-scale projects in the Oil & Gas industry. This is a full-time position based in Ahmadi, Kuwait.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and deliver large-scale projects in the Oil & Gas industry
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Maintain open communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
