Manage and execute high voltage cable projects
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of high voltage XLPE & Oil filled cable projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. You will collaborate with a diverse team of professionals and report directly to senior management.
Your responsibility will be to:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage project activities from inception to completion.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
You will be based in Kuwait (a flexible base location ) and will need to travel to various project sites as required.
Qualified and dynamic engineering professional
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic individual with a strong background in electrical power engineering. You should be a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
You also have:
- A BSc in Electrical Power Engineering.
- 5-7 years of experience in high voltage XLPE & Oil filled cable projects as EPC, with a preference for experience in oil-filled cables.
- Approval by GCC's local power supply utility or qualification for approval.
- Approval by the Kuwait Engineers Society.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, Primavera, and MS Projects.
- A valid GCC driving license.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
