  • Assisting in washing, rinsing, and sanitizing dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen tools.
  • Coordinating the cleaning and polishing of silverware, glassware, and chinaware.
  • Assisting in maintaining inventory of kitchen and dining equipment.
  • Ensuring timely removal of garbage and waste from kitchen areas.
  • Supporting the culinary team in food preparation and setup for meal services.
  • Adhering to hygiene and sanitation standards in kitchen and dining areas.
  • Assisting in maintaining safety and cleanliness in food storage areas.
  • Collaborating with supervisors to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Reporting any damaged or malfunctioning kitchen equipment.
  • Participating in the setup and cleanup of kitchen and dining areas for service.
