Garment Specialist

Company Overview: HealthCare Dynamics Gen. Trading Company W.L.L is a leading provider of healthcare services, and we are seeking a skilled Tailor to join our team.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of garment alterations and creations for our organization. This includes performing minor repairs and alterations to colleagues' uniforms, as well as maintaining upholstery standards by repairing and adjusting curtains and draperies in the hotel.

• Document daily repair and alteration work carried out, ensuring accurate records are kept.
• Manage maintenance needs for sewing machines, coordinate sewing supplies requirements with the Linen Room Supervisor, and maintain a clean and organized tailoring area.
• Assist in maintaining an accurate inventory of fabrics and materials stored within the hotel.
• Address small alterations for guest clothing, such as button replacements, as requested by the laundry team.

• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
