Store Management Specialist

Job OverviewThe ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and strong business acumen to drive sales growth and exceed performance targets.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Performance: Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Customer Service: Foster a culture of exceptional customer service, adhering to company standards and guidelines.
- Store Management: Oversee store management indicators, ensuring optimal levels and making adjustments as necessary.
- Sales Analysis: Continuously monitor sales trends, customer profiles, and product evolution.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product collections to increase sales and provide expert advice to customers.
- Communication: Maintain effective communication with headquarters, sharing insights and best practices.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports to managers and headquarters on significant store and sales impact factors.
- Culture Transmission: Embed the company culture within the team, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Recruitment: Identify and recruit top talent for the store team, ensuring a strong and motivated workforce.
- Training: Deliver essential training and development programs to enhance team skills and capabilities.
- Task Distribution: Effectively organize and distribute tasks to team members, optimizing productivity and efficiency.
- Customer Service Standards: Ensure staff adhere to and apply company customer service standards, delivering exceptional experiences.
- Sales Maximization: Share expertise with the team on maximizing sales through daily work activities.
- Internal Communication: Encourage open communication and collaboration within the team, fostering a sense of unity and purpose.
- Team Progress Evaluation: Regularly assess team member progress, providing constructive feedback and opportunities for growth.
- Team Motivation: Monitor and boost team morale, recognizing achievements and celebrating successes.
- Team Potential: Identify and develop team members' potential, creating opportunities for future promotions and career advancement.
- Team Image: Maintain a professional and positive team image, reflecting positively on the company brand.
- Legislation Compliance: Ensure adherence to local legislation and store regulations, minimizing risks and ensuring compliance.
- Sales Rankings Analysis: Continuously analyze sales rankings, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Scanning and PMD Tools: Verify accurate scanning and proper use of PMD tools, optimizing processes and reducing errors.
- Weekly Product Report: Prepare comprehensive weekly product reports, focusing on three key aspects:
- Identify best-selling collection parts.
- Analyze returned garments in fitting rooms and their sales reasons.
- Discover unsold items that could sell well.
