As a Training Shift Leader, you will be responsible for leading a shift during non-peak times, ensuring seamless operations and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

  • Lead a team of employees during non-peak hours, promoting a positive and productive work atmosphere.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, deliveries, and product rotation to ensure efficiency and minimize waste.
  • Verify all products remain within their expiration dates and notify management of any unavailable items as needed.
Key Responsibilities
  • Efficiently receive and verify deliveries, checking for accuracy against order forms and invoices.
  • Stock products according to First-In-First-Out (FIFO) principles.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate knowledge of product inventory and locations.
  • Regularly rotate products to ensure freshness and minimize waste.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in retail or food service environments.
  • Excellent English language skills, both spoken and written.
  • Prior experience in the Food & Beverage or Retail industry.
  • Demonstrated analytical and organizational abilities.
