The Social Media Officer will play a crucial role in shaping the institution's online presence, fostering engagement, and driving brand awareness. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy, managing and maintaining our social media profiles, and creating high-quality content that resonates with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a social media strategy, aligned with the institution's goals and objectives.
  • Manage and maintain our social media profiles, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all platforms.
  • Create engaging content that drives user interaction and grows our online community.
  • Monitor and analyze engagement metrics, providing regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement social media campaigns, promoting the institution's programs and services.

Qualifications:

  • Fully bilingual, fluent in Arabic and English, with strong presentation, listening, and written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proven record in handling social media channels, with demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and composure while working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Competency and experience in the application and implementation of technology, particularly the use of social media, with proficiency in standard software applications.
