Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Ice Cream Production Manager to lead our production operations and drive business growth.

The successful candidate will provide strategic direction, manage resources effectively, and ensure the delivery of high-quality products that meet customer expectations.

This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a passion for innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement production strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage a team of production staff to ensure efficient and safe operation of equipment.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Dairy Science & Technology or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in ice cream production management.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, ERP, and MES systems.
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA, Lean Six Sigma, or Lean Practitioner certification.
  • Experience with lean methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives.
