Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Support: Assist in architectural drawings, presentations, and documentation for interior fit-out projects
  • Coordination and Site Inspections: Support senior architects and project managers with design coordination and site inspections
  • Layout Development: Prepare detailed layouts, sections, elevations, and joinery details
  • Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and client requirements
  • Consultation and Coordination: Coordinate with MEP, structural consultants, and vendors
  • Site Progress Monitoring: Monitor site progress and alignment with approved designs
  • Material Selection: Participate in material selection and sample reviews
  • Tender Package Preparation: Assist in BOQs, tender packages, and shop drawing reviews

About You:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture
  • 0–5 years of relevant experience in architectural design, preferably in fit-out/interior work
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with 3D rendering tools is a plus
  • Strong grasp of materials, finishes, and interior detailing
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable in fast-paced settings
