BFM Design Studio is growing, and we're looking for a talented Architect / Interior Designer to join our Kuwait-based team. If you're passionate about design, thrive in a fast-paced boutique studio, and are eager to contribute from concept to completion, we'd love to hear from you.

About The Position

We're seeking a creative and technically skilled professional who can confidently lead high-end residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have strong client-facing abilities, be proficient in design software, and bring a detail-oriented approach to every phase—from planning and visualization to execution.

Responsibilities
  1. Create plans, drawings, and 3D visualizations that clearly outline project design intent
  2. Apply knowledge of materials, finishes, engineering, and spatial planning to develop well-rounded solutions
  3. Collaborate closely with internal and external teams to align on project goals, schedules, and budgets
  4. Conduct site evaluations and quality assurance checks to ensure adherence to design standards and safety codes
  5. Oversee projects through all phases of construction and provide ongoing design recommendations
  6. Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure smooth project delivery
Qualifications
  1. Passionate about all things design
  2. Excellent client-facing and communication skills
  3. Able to deliver a project from concept to completion
  4. 4–5 years of experience in high-end residential and commercial projects
  5. Proficient in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Corona Renderer, Adobe Photoshop & InDesign
  6. Strong FF&E knowledge and a sharp eye for detail
