This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-paced and dynamic organization that is committed to innovation and excellence. As a Digital Business Development Manager, you will play a critical role in driving digital transformation and excellence throughout the organization.

Key accountabilities for this role include developing content plans for various digital channels, choosing the most effective digital channels based on business goals, using agile methodologies to manage digital projects, implementing tools for seamless team communication, addressing conflicts and ensuring alignment among team members, crafting clear and persuasive messages about digital initiatives, developing training modules for employees adopting new digital tools, identifying change champions within the organization, configuring tools to track website performance, optimizing landing pages and user flows, conducting experiments to improve digital campaign effectiveness, drafting and updating privacy policies in line with regulations, and regularly assessing digital assets for vulnerabilities.

To succeed in this role, you will require a Bachelor's degree in business or technology, extensive experience in developing managed service offerings and managing vendor partnerships, strong negotiation, contract management, and vendor relationship management skills, exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities, excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills, deep understanding of B2B customer needs, 1-2+ years of experience, fluency in spoken and written English and Arabic, numerate with a clear understanding of delivering on financial results, and a strong performance- and results orientation.
