Housekeeper Assistant

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests by ensuring their rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.

  • Deliver all items requested by the Housekeeping officer or Leader in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collect guest laundry upon request and ensure it is processed promptly.
  • Perform special cleaning tasks as requested by the Leader, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail.
  • Respond promptly to all guest requests, providing solutions that meet their needs and exceed their expectations.

Maintenance and Reporting:

  • Report maintenance issues to the housekeeping officer to ensure prompt resolution and minimize downtime.
  • Identify and report any strange occurrences to the housekeeping officer or Leader, ensuring the safety and security of our guests and staff.

Guest Experience:

  • Anticipate guests' needs through observation and offer personalized service, either personally or through effective communication with other contractors.
  • Foster a positive and welcoming environment, aligning working practices and conduct with our hotel's vision and values.

Requirements:

  • Vocational certificate in Accommodation or diploma in Hospitality, or equivalent experience in the sector.
  • At least 1 year's experience in a similar position, with a strong track record of delivering excellent service and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Fluent in the national language and good spoken English, enabling effective communication with guests and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
