Hotel Operations Coordinator

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Cleanliness Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and quality in our guest rooms and public areas.

Main Responsibilities

  • Inspect guest rooms and public areas after cleaning to ensure quality standards are met
  • Run sold room reports and verify room status to identify any discrepancies
  • Prioritize room cleaning and update the status of departing guest rooms
  • Assist Housekeeping management with daily activities and coordinate efforts with other departments
  • Document and resolve issues with discrepant rooms with the Front Desk
  • Prepare and distribute changes in room assignments and communicate them to staff

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of related work experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; supervisory experience preferred
  • Able to lift up to 55 pounds without assistance and push/pull a loaded housekeeping cart over uneven surfaces

Preferred Qualifications

  • Related work experience: At least 1 year
  • Supervisory experience: At least 1 year
