Job Summary:

This role involves providing technical assistance to clients and resolving technical issues related to computer systems, networks, and software. The successful candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Field trouble calls via phone and computer trouble ticketing system
  • Perform laptop imaging and conduct basic IP troubleshooting
  • Build user accounts on the domain, assign permissions, and map shared printers
  • Troubleshoot user email issues, exchange mailboxes, and document interactions

Requirements:

  • A valid US Government issued Secret clearance
  • US Citizenship and a minimum of seven years of experience with IT systems
  • Four years in IT customer support and two years in a military environment
  • Required certifications: A+, Network+, Security+, and CCNA
  • Associates degree in Networking or eleven years of recent specialized experience
