Sales Growth and Portfolio Expansion
We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive revenue growth and expand our portfolio through consultative selling, strategic planning, and market expansion.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, excellent negotiation and communication skills, and experience in solution-based sales approaches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Business Development: Identify potential clients, research their needs, and present tailored solutions to close deals.
- Deal Closing & Revenue Enhancement: Lead negotiations with clients, develop customized proposals, and secure new business.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research, identify industry trends, and work closely with internal teams to execute client campaigns.
- Client Relationship Management: Foster long-term partnerships by delivering exceptional customer service and identifying upselling opportunities.
Requirements: Minimum 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within the marketing and advertising industry. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
Necessary Skills: Consultative selling, solution-based sales approaches, negotiation, communication, persuasion, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Main Objectives: Drive revenue growth, expand portfolio, meet and exceed sales targets, and maintain a competitive edge through strategic planning and market expansion.
