Project Management Professional

We are seeking a seasoned Project Management Professional to lead our project management team and ensure successful project delivery.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage EPC Contractors to deliver projects on time, within budget, and meeting QHSE requirements.
  • Closely monitor and coordinate the application of design criteria, drawings, standards, and conventions by EPC Contractors.
  • Coordinate progress, performance, and resource allocation reporting by EPC Contractors.
  • Organize pre-construction conferences, briefings, and presentations.
  • Oversee and manage construction and commissioning activities.
  • Verify EPC Contractors' monthly invoices.
  • Maintain timely internal and external reporting.
  • Promote client satisfaction through successful project delivery.

Key Relationships:

  • The Project Manager will interact with the Client's Project Director and relevant personnel based in the power station.
  • High-level leadership skills are required to motivate and influence others to adopt company, client, and project objectives.
  • Excellent ability to express self-confidently, clearly, fluently, concisely, and persuasively in spoken and written English is essential.
  • Able to anticipate situations ahead, identify, and proactively resolve or act on both obvious and hidden obstacles and opportunities.

Requirements:

  • At least 25 years of prior project management and project engineering experience in FEED and EPC projects.
  • PMC experience at similar roles for several years is preferable.
  • Proficient in MS Packages, particularly Word and Excel.

Qualifications:

  • Educated to an engineering degree (Minimum). Project Management certification is desirable.
