At Johnson & Johnson, we are committed to shaping the future of healthcare. As a Clinical Sales Specialist in Kuwait, you will play a vital role in providing clinical support for heart arrhythmia cases across the region.
The main responsibility of this position is to maintain proper collaboration with all company team members to ensure that implementation of all field operations is properly conducted for customers' benefits. This includes organizing effective and professional meetings with targeted customers, generating leads, and handling customer queries including giving quotations and sales follow-up to achieve the business plan.
Achieving sales and profit targets, maintaining good customer relations, and providing prompt and accurate information about products are also essential duties of this role. Additionally, you will be responsible for educating customers on all BWI products to optimize effective usage by providing technical and clinical information and in-service training.
Main Performance Measures (Performance Goals) include Heart arrhythmia cases clinical support, delivering business plan and NPIs target, and driving business growth aligned with BU Strategy.
