Senior Strategic Intelligence Specialist: HUMINT Expert

The Intelligence Support Services Contract (CISSC) provides multi-faceted services including Open Source Intelligence (OSINT), All-Source Intelligence Analysis, Human Intelligence (HUMINT) Analysis, and more to support military operations and intelligence missions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of various sources to provide accurate and timely intelligence
  • Analyze and interpret data from multiple sources, including OSINT, HUMINT, and other forms of intelligence
  • Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of geopolitical events and trends

As a Senior All-Source Analyst with a focus on HUMINT, you will play a critical role in supporting military operations and intelligence missions. This position requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree AND eight years of DoD specialized training
  • At least eight years of analytical experience, including at least two years in CI/HUMINT or intelligence analysis at the operational/strategic level within DoD or equivalent agencies
  • Prior MOS 35F, 350F, 18F, 35D, 34A, or U.S. Marine, Navy, or USAF intelligence specialties
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Experience assessing sources and corroborating reports
  • Proficiency with intelligence automation tools
  • Strong research, analytical, and writing skills; briefing ability
  • Deployed experience in Afghanistan, Iraq/SWA, or related regional issues

Salary Range:

The proposed salary range for this position is $74,600-$156,700, influenced by factors such as location, experience, skills, and education. Comprehensive benefits include healthcare, wellness, retirement, and more.
